This breath-taking Beni Ourain rug that originated in North Africa's magnificent Atlas Mountains is rich in geometric forms and shapes. The indigenous designs and motifs communicate many different things, including elements of the natural world, good luck charms to ward off evil and symbols of fertility and sexuality.

The modest neutral colours are low-key ensuring they will blend seamlessly with most interior design styles. We travel to Morocco several times a year to hand select each and every rug ensuring we are choosing the highest quality rugs available. We have built up ethical and sustainable relationships with the Berber Tribes people whom we source the rugs from.

Each rug is guaranteed authentic and has been painstakingly handwoven using hand spun wool.

Berber Rug Care

Despite first appearances, the care of these light-coloured rugs is much easier than you may think. The natural lanolin found in the sheep wool creates a natural stain-resistant barrier, and in the event of spillage or staining most surface stains can be easily removed. For a full rug clean we recommend seeking the services of a professional rug cleaner.
